Hyundai Tucson Grocery Bag Hook
thingiverse
My trusty 2008 Hyundai Tucson once boasted two sturdy grocery bag hooks nestled behind its rear seats, but they eventually gave out, prompting me to take matters into my own hands. I decided to design and print some replacements, so I headed straight to my workshop. **Print Settings** * Printer Brand: RepRap * Printer: Prusa i3 * Rafts: None needed * Supports: Absolutely necessary for this intricate design * Resolution: A precise 0.2mm for maximum detail * Infill: A robust 50% to ensure these hooks can withstand heavy loads **Designing the Hooks** I relied on SketchUp Make, a user-friendly software that allowed me to bring my vision to life. To achieve a smooth finish, I printed the hooks on their side, utilizing one of the pivot pins on the build plate. This clever technique resulted in a beautifully curved exterior that's sure to impress.
