Hyundai Sonata Dash Trim Clip
thingiverse
I recently upgraded the radio in my 2006 Hyundai Sonata, and in doing so, I discovered that numerous clips hold the dash trim securely in place. These clips tend to get misplaced within the vehicle, so I created a makeshift replacement part. I ended up using multiple clips when reassembling everything, and they function well enough, although I suspect they produce a slightly tighter fit than the original clips. Hopefully these clips will prove useful for someone else! Based on my research, these clips are utilized on Hyundai vehicles from various years and models as well - so perhaps someone else will require one in the future. I suggest printing with a small nozzle - 0.4mm or lower. I printed mine with a 0.8mm nozzle, and they didn't come out perfectly - but they still worked, so that's good enough. Print Settings Printer: Aus3D Mark2 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Notes: Smaller nozzles are better for these parts since they're relatively small. I recommend ABS, as you want these parts to have a decent amount of flexibility before breaking.
