This package includes a RAR archive with various file formats and rendering options for a detailed exterior model. The 3DS Max 2011 format features V-Ray materials, which can be seen in studio renders, while the Mental Ray materials are displayed in outdoor scenes. Both versions come with lighting and render setup, although contrast, brightness, and saturation may have been adjusted using Photoshop. A CS6 macro file is included for post-production. The model also has a mesh smooth modifier applied and is separated into layers for ease of use. For those who prefer working in OBJ format, two versions are available - one with mesh smooth exported and another without. Textures may need to be added manually, but previews showcase low to medium poly meshes. Similarly, LWO and C4D formats only offer the model without simplified materials, requiring manual texture addition. FBX and 3DS formats provide a ready-to-render version with applied mesh smooth and simple materials. The polycount for each format is provided, with 490,000 polygons in the unsmoothed MAX, OBJ, LWO, and C4D versions and 4.65 million faces/2.7 million polygons in the smoothed FBX, 3DS, and OBJ versions.
