This archive contains a detailed exterior model with simple interior objects. Each object is labeled with its material for easy editing or application. The models are available in multiple formats such as .max (with V-Ray and mental ray materials), .obj (low/med poly mesh versions with different material options), .lwo, .xsi, and .c4d (low/med poly mesh versions without collapsed materials). Additionally, .fbx and .3ds formats include models with applied mesh smooth for quick rendering. Polycounts vary from 200k polygons without meshsmooth to 1.65M faces/900k polygons when collapsed. Lighting and render setups are included, but post-production adjustments can be made using the provided Photoshop CS6 macro file (.atn). Environments for outdoor renders are also available. All models have mesh smooth applied to necessary objects and are organized into separate layers for ease of use.
