This photogrammetry showcases one of the Hythe Pier Train locomotives at its station. The engineering firm Brush manufactured several units like this around 1917. In 1922, three locomotives were acquired by the Hythe Pier after serving in WW1 at the Avonmouth mustard gas factory. Originally powered by batteries as seen below, they adapted to draw power from a third rail on the pier's line. Various modifications have been made over time for safety and visibility. Other local models can be viewed at https://sketchfab.com/f1xer, including carriages and station scenes plus a CAD drawing of the pier's end.
