Hyte Y60 Front Glass Spacer
thingiverse
The HYTE Y60 is a great case that isn't too large but still fits many ATX platforms. One main issue is a 4090 graphics card will barely fit because of its sheer thickness. The fans on the front of the gpu sit right up against the front glass of the case and doesn't allow for much cooling to the extremely hot 4090. This design allows the front glass of the Y60 to be moved forward about 10mm and gives the gpu room to draw air into the frontward fans. the top pieces were designed by cmaron for the NZXT H1 case which work great for the NZXT case, but the HYTE Y60 has a deeper socket so the male portion was extended and the female portion was deepened. The lower piece that sits on the bottom guide-rail holds the bottom of the glass and had to be designed entirely. A medium sized print bed is required for this lower piece since its about 15 inches long. I used an Anycubic Kobra Plus with no supports. Rafts don't matter, I used a .06mm resolution and all pieces were done in PLA.
