Hystou P09-6L Power Button Cover
prusaprinters

I bought two Hystou P09-6L fanless computers from China. They are great machines btw., but have an annoying blue power button LED.

Quickly created a cover, which can be plugged in the HDMI port (I don't need it anyway). You will find three orientations of the power icon in the downloads.

It's a two color print which you also can print with single extruder printer without a multi filament option.

Print instructions

Download the two corresponding files (f.ex. "...-01.stl" and "...-01-inlay.stl")

There are multiple ways to print the two colors, and I'm sure there is an easier one than i did:

Open "...-01.stl" and " in Prusa slic3r

Right-click the part in the list on the right and select "Add part >> Load..."

Select the "...-01-inlay.stl" part
They should be aligned properly now

Right-click the main part (...-01.stl) in the list and click "Change type" and set it to "Support Blocker).
If you slice it now, you should only see the power icon

Print it in the color you want and remove the skirt (and only the skirt) if you added one

Change the type of the main part back to "Part" and set the type of the inlay (...-01-inlay.stl) to "Support Blocker"

Change the filament to the color of the main part

Print the main part. It should print perfectly around the inlay.
