HyperPixel 4.0 Pi case with slot for SD card

I've taken superwoodle's Hyperpixel Pi case and given it a remix. A new slot for the SD card has been added, allowing you to swap it without having to unscrew or remove the pi from the case. Ventilation holes have also been included, but some people might not want them, so I've uploaded three versions. All of these versions feature the slot for the SD card, with one version adding extra ventilation on the sides and underneath the case, another only including ventilation underneath, and a third keeping it completely without, just like superwoodle's original design. The tolerances in the SD card slot are quite tight, so you need to screw the Pi firmly into place. This will bring the pi flush with the slot in the case. I deliberately designed it this way to eliminate any unnecessary gaps.
