R-XSR Mount for Hyperlite Tooth Fairy 2.4, Includes Antenna Tube Mounts, a Clean and Efficient Solution. Mounting the R-XSR receiver directly onto the tooth fairy frame seemed like the most logical place, eliminating the need for sticky tape that can damage the equipment. After surviving its first landing in tall grass, which transformed the quadcopter into an impromptu weed eater and coated the RX with a layer of green gunk, I decided to redesign the mount. The new version 2 features a protective cover for the R-XSR receiver. Additionally, I moved the antenna notch one millimeter further over to prevent interference from the RX antenna. This design change ensures smooth operation and reliable communication between the quadcopter and the ground station.
