I took Tech2C's hypercube design and scaled it up a bit to fit my needs. My goal was a massive 16x16x16 build volume, but I had to settle for something slightly smaller at 14" x 14.5"x 13". All parts were printed on a HICTOP 3DP11 using Hatchbox 1.75mm PLA filament at 210°c with the build plate at 40°c. The settings included 50% fill, .25mm layer height and three top, bottom and perimeter shells. However, I had to make some adjustments for my specific printer setup. The bed guide rails and lead screw for the front of the bed needed to be mirrored since my build plate was significantly heavier than the original design. I'm already planning to re-work this unit with longer 2020 framing, which will allow me to achieve my full 16x16x16 build volume. When I ordered my 2020 extrusions, they were precut at 20" each, but unfortunately, that wasn't enough to reach the desired size. When I re-print all the parts, I'll be using PET-G filament instead of PLA.
