Hypercube Z Carriage Remix for 10mm Drylin Bearing
thingiverse
I wanted to use 10MM drylin bearings for my heat bed platform supports, which would serve as Z axis components. Since no suitable designs were available, I remixed an existing thing that caught my eye. Printed in HIPS, these components turned out incredibly strong and remarkably dimensionally accurate. The parts shown are specifically designed for the left side bracket when viewed from the front of the printer. To create the right side brackets, simply duplicate these parts and flip them in your slicer. To secure the bearing caps, I used 4 x 15mm screws that embedded into recessed hex holes on the back of the support plate. The mounting holes for attachment to the 2020 frame are designed for 5mm screws. If you require this design or any other part I've created, I'd be happy to assist you with printing. I specialize in HIPS and ABS printing, producing strong parts that meet your needs. Feel free to send me a message if you need anything printed.
