HyperCube Z axis Alignment Tool V2
thingiverse
I am crafting a 300x300x400 Hypercube Evolution and discovered that I couldn't print the original from wsolstice69 because my bed wouldn't allow me to print a long enough alignment tool to accommodate a 122.5mm spacing. To overcome this challenge, I created an alignment tool that sets the alignment for the leadscrew and one rod only. This involved revising the OpenSCAD file. Now you can specify not only the three main sizes (8,10,12) but also the leadscrew to rod spacing. Additionally, I believe it's a bit easier to modify should you need to make any changes. You will need to download the OpenSCAD MCAD libraries if you don't already have them as this design utilizes MCAD/boxes.scad to provide the roundedbox function.
With this file you will be able to print HyperCube Z axis Alignment Tool V2 with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on HyperCube Z axis Alignment Tool V2.
