I simply upgraded the Design by quickbike and henryarnold to accommodate the e3d V6 with the volcano hotend by adding 9mm (and 10mm for pointy, slightly longer nozzles) to the fan duct. In Cura, I had to adjust the line width to 0.45mm (to match the 0.4mm nozzle) for optimal printing results.
