Hi, I'm not going to print... this is still a work in progress. I'm getting bored with regular steel rods, carbon rods, and aluminum rods... But I'm excited about building a strong, high-resolution printer that's not cheaper. Here are some details: - I've ordered an aluminum profile JT-8-4040 black. - I need triple L corners for my 3D printer. - I'm also getting 80x80x40 corner brackets. - Two TBI Motion Ball Screws SFU1605 600mm C3 are on their way to me. - I've ordered two TBI Motion Ball Screw Support BK12-BF12 C3 Class as well. - My printer will use a single motor dual Z system. - A blue carbon fiber plate 5mm unibody is part of the build. - The clear path SD servo motor has a resolution of 0.06° and 6400 full steps per revolution (nema23 size). - The printing area will be 400x500x500, give or take some dimensions. - Dual Vulcano 3mm OLSSON RUBY NOZZLEs with a 0.4/1.2 resolution are included. - A silicon heat bed and pyrex glass build surface are part of the design. - The belt geared extrusion system uses a 4500rpm SANYO DENKI nema17 24v motor. - I've ordered linear guides for my X, Y, and Z axes. - My printer will use a PU steel soul 9mm belt. - No drivers are required for this build. - Custom MKS SBASE V1.3 with no driver is the control system of choice.
