Hypercube Evolution z axis adjustable optical endstop

This z-axis optical endstop mount and adjuster is crafted specifically for the Hypercube Evolution (3030 aluminum profile), providing precise control over bed height homing position adjustments. Its compact design makes it effortless to incorporate into existing systems. Two M5x10mm hex bolts with hammer nuts are needed to secure the adjustment housing and optical endstop mount in place. A single M3x25mm hex bolt is used in conjunction with a brass insert to firmly attach the sensor flag. To ensure smooth movement, passing a 3mm tap through the flag is recommended for optimal results. Additionally, a small drop of thread locking compound was applied to the brass insert to prevent over-tightening and allow the brass insert to rotate freely.
