Hypercube Evolution XY Joiner with Extended Bolt Fixings

This is for the 10mm to 8 mm XY Joiner. Step files for the parts are included if you want to create an 8mm to 8mm derivative. My stock XY Joiners on my Hypercube Evo build started splitting under the drive belts' tension and general print orientation, so I tried several remixes but they still had issues, albeit not as severe as the stock parts. This part may also have long-term issues, but it appears more robust than my previous printed parts to date. This part is still printed in the original orientation, but 4 x M3 x 50mm bolts are included to retain the parts forward of the idler shafts and help reduce splitting. The last 15 mm of the print has also been set to 100% in my slicer, which may be an overkill but only added a small amount of print time relative to such a long print. The part uses M3 Nylocs for bolt retention except for 3 x M3 thermal inserts for the X & Y flags. A version that includes the stock X Flag allowance has been uploaded, but this design was primarily created to work with my Compact Dual Duct assembly, which has its own End stop/Flag arrangement. The part has been printed with Amazon Basics Red PETG on an Ender Pro at a high temperature of 240 C and a low retraction rate to minimize delamination of layers when printing.
