This is an enhanced Hypercube Evolution Carriage.\r\nIt should be compatible with a setup featuring 10mm carbon tubes and 19mm bearings on them.\r\n\r\nI was dissatisfied with the belt tightening mechanism in most versions, so I incorporated those angled holes.\r\nInsert the belt through them, and the GT2 Belt Negative will securely hold it (attach a long M3 screw and a small M3 insert nut).\r\n\r\nUnfortunately, I could only successfully print the GT2 Belt Negative using Simplify3D - Cura produced walls that were too thin, and there is minimal wall thickness.\r\n\r\nMultiple versions of the negative are available - each tailored to specific printers and filaments, requiring experimentation to determine which one holds the nut best.\r\n\r\nIt functions smoothly on my printer, and tightening is effortless.\r\nOne drawback remains: securing the belts on one side with zip nuts; this will be replaced with a screw-down component (holes and nuts are already in place).\r\n\r\nThe fin at the top serves as a mounting point for another part that enables a piezo Z sensor.
