Hypercube Evolution Timingbelt Loop Tensioner
thingiverse
I chose to connect both Z-steppers with a timing-belt-loop because of some runtime differences that occur after a while. Mostly these belt-loops don't have the right length you need, so this solution is recommended. My timing-belt-loop-tensioner adjusts the length to fit the loop. Add a simple GT2 idler and an M3 screw as an axis and adjust the tension of your loop belt. In some cases, design adjustments are necessary because there are different stepper sizes for dual-shaft stepper motors. Sometimes, scaling in Y is practical. To make design changes, I add the original FreeCAD file. Enjoy!
