Vibration Damper Inspired by Tennis Ball for Hypercube Evolution.\r\n\r\nThis innovative design is versatile enough to be used with any printer based on 3030 profiles.\r\n\r\nThe Bill of Materials for one damper includes:\r\n* 1 tennis ball, the core component\r\n* 4 M5 hammer nuts specifically designed for 3030 profile\r\n* 4 M5x12 or M5x10 screws with a HEX head, meeting DIN7380 or DIN912 standards (recommended)\r\n* 1 M8x20 or M8x25 screw with a HEX head, also adhering to DIN912 standards (highly recommended)\r\n\r\nWhen printed from PETG with the optimal settings of 3 perimeters, 5 top/bottom solid layers, a nozzle size of 0.4mm, layer thickness of 0.2mm, and an infill percentage of 20%, each damper weighs approximately 50 grams.\r\n\r\nThe OpenSCAD source code for this part is available for download and modification.\r\n\r\nUpdate: As of January 10th, 2018, the vibration damper has undergone rigorous testing during a silent night print session, proving to be extremely effective.
