Hypercube Evolution Phisto hotend assembly
prusaprinters

This is my new and improved version of my Hypercube Evolution hotend assembly, called the "Phisto" (Philosopher's Stone), named that because it turns plastic into gold ;P

I use a knockoff Mosquito High Flow hotend, a Trianglelab Orbiter V2, a BLTouch, 2 5015 Blower fans and a small 25mm fan for the hotend.

It is a bit wider than an original Hotend assembly for the Hevo, but it should still fit and work the same.

The parts don't need much support, the main body and the fan duct just need supports on build plate the way I oriented them in the files.

All the parts are printed at 0.2mm layers with 4 Walls and 50% infill. Everything is printed in ABS, very important especially for the Fan duct!

Speaking of the Fan duct, that is held in place using 4 6x1mm round magnets for easy access.

Mostly everything else is held in place by m3 and m4 heatmelt inserts, specifically m3 4x3mm, m3 5x5mm, and m4 6.5x6.5mm.
