Hypercube Evolution Orion Bowden Mount with Berd-Air Mount

I needed a custom mount for my E3D V6 Volcano and a Precision Piezo Orion in a Bowden setup, so I created this design to minimize Z-height loss. There's also a hole at the top of the mount where you can insert a 3mm aluminum Berd-Air tube directly into line with the nozzle. Simply add a spring and washer on the tube, and you can quickly swing it out of the way for cleaning or changing nozzles. I modeled the cable keeper after one I'd seen online at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2617424. This mount attaches to the standard Hypercube Evolution X-Carriage. 06/02/2019 - I added a second version that uses a Tusk-style cooling tube while keeping the Berd-Air pump, allowing you to use larger 4mm tubes and silicone boots on your nozzle. The vertical Tusk tube is printed in two parts, then glued together to avoid needing support material. A 4mm aluminum tube comes out of the top of the vertical piece and through the hole on the hotend mount. A spring goes over the tube above the hotend mount, followed by the air tube. You can easily pull the assembly down out of the way for nozzle cleaning and changing.
