The original bracket flange is prone to breaking easily across the wide 3030 slot. This realization prompted me to upgrade the brackets by locally reinforcing the print with a different infill percentage and a washer to bridge the extrusion slot gap. Improved reinforced double Z axis linear rail top brackets, enhancements: - Included an insert object that can be used in the slicer to achieve 100% local infill to prevent crushing of the bracket flange - Cut out a 15mm washer slot to prevent cracking of the lips of the flange (distributes the load better over the 3030 extrusion slot) - Tapered access hole for easier access to the Allen key bolt
