Human: this is for 10mm Y axis rods.(standard hypercube)\r\nIdler pulley holder for Gates pulleys. and m5 x 40mm shoulder bolt.\r\n\r\nGates brand idlers feature M5 holes, significantly wider than Chinese alternatives at around 9.95mm. To ensure proper spacing, I set the distance to 10mm.\r\n\r\nUpper 2 Mounting holes for the bracket accommodate M6 screws spaced approximately 6.3mm apart to account for PETG shrinkage.\r\n\r\nThe lower 2 holes may require a tighter fit at around 6 or 6.1mm, possibly due to forgotten shrinkage calculations.\r\n \r\nI successfully printed the right side without issues but encountered problems with the left side, as the thin bearing separator section kept lifting off my glass bed. To prevent this, I recommend using a skirt during printing.\r\nA revised version features a part at the bottom for the skirt to adhere to instead of the bracket.\r\n\r\n3.15.19 modified clamp added.\r\n\r\nI have printed multiple sets but haven't assembled them yet due to laziness. Upon reviewing my work, I suspect that one side was labeled incorrectly as right instead of left.
