Hypercube Evolution Fan Adaptor 5.4mm

This remix is based on siamkater's fan adapter provided with his custom extruder mount. For some unknown reason (I don't recall which exact extruder mount I'm currently using) his fan adapter wouldn't fit properly onto my extruder mount so I had to adjust the positions of the holes. Their center is now positioned exactly 5.4mm from the edge of the fan adapter, fitting my extruder mount perfectly regardless of its type.
