Hypercube evolution extra wide rod 10XY carriage 75mm edge to edge

From edge to edge of the outer rod, the distance is 75mm. I'm uncertain about the spacing for nedalive's x-carriage, but 75mm would be a stroke of good luck. I might just modify my X carriage to achieve the ideal gap. The printer's standard design width is approximately 50mm. It prints well, but I feel that the 8mm rods allow the hotend to twist excessively, which nedalive also noted and addressed with his own wide version. I've ordered 10mm hollow steel rods for testing purposes. The carriage hole measures exactly 10mm, which might be too small or too tight due to shrinkage. If this becomes a problem, I'm undecided about whether using a 10mm drill bit or modifying the file to create a slightly larger hole is the better option. 1.29.18 -------------------Work in Progress: Not Print Tested at All----------------- This design is intended for 10mm X and 10mm Y. I've noticed some glitches within the model, but I don't believe they'll affect the print quality. Supports will be necessary for this design.
