I'm working on a custom design for my Direct Drive extruder, specifically tailored to fit my mirrored BMG setup from Aliexpress. I've got the initial concept sketched out, but it's still a Work In Progress as I haven't had a chance to print it yet. As you can see in the screenshot, the nozzle-to-BLtouch distance is crucial - mine comes in at 35 mm on the X-axis and 8 mm on the Y-axis.
