I created a set of custom bed leveling knobs for the HEVO, but discovered that the original design's shaft was too long due to using overly strong springs. To rectify this issue, I modified the design by removing the bottom half of the shaft. Kudos to the talented designer who originally came up with this concept – my remix is built upon their brilliant foundation. Just like the original design, I opted for M3 nuts, which proved to be a snug fit. To ensure they were properly seated, I used a screw to push them through and then secured them further using a hex wrench. For added length, I chose M3X50 machine head screws (which I carefully tapered to fit seamlessly into my hotbed plate) in place of the standard 40mm bed leveling screws.
