Hypercube E3D Titan carriage
thingiverse
This is a brand-new X carriage for the Hypercube, engineered specifically to hold the powerful E3D Titan extruder. Designed with heavy-duty reliability in mind, this platform is perfect for continuous production 3D printing. Key features include: A sturdy holder for the E3D Titan extruder, equipped with direct drive and space for a hotend fan. The carriage relies on LM10LUU (long) bearings and 10mm smooth rod for the X axis, providing increased stiffness, especially in printers with extended X axes. The default Hypercube XY joiner files can be used since they are already optimized for 10mm rods, but steel, solid rod is required. A cable chain holder designed specifically for 10mm chains is also included. This one-piece design excludes belt and bearing clamps, making it easier to assemble. Every nut is securely enclosed within the carriage. An X endstop is integrated into the design, just like in the original carriage. Individual belt tensioners are featured, mirroring the original design's functionality. To print this new X carriage: 1. Print 1x titan carriage 2. Print 2x LM10LUU clamps 3. Print 1x belt clamp For more information, updates, and modifications, visit my Hypercube repository at https://github.com/diegotrap/hypercube
