Hypercube BLV Conversion
thingiverse
I utilized several components, modifying and creating new ones, to accomplish a BLV conversion on my Hypercube. After multiple iterations, I arrived at the configuration currently posted. The carrier plate underwent significant customization, incorporating a basic blank plate with a generic Zesty Nimble V2 mount and cooling clamp. I chose to utilize the rear duct fan due to its superior cooling capabilities over the more compact fan included with the V2 design, although this resulted in a reduced Y dimension. I opted for the 40mm fan cover after experiencing issues with fins on a couple of fans breaking off. This choice also decreased the Y dimension, but I recessed the mounting cap head screws to minimize its impact. The belt clamp for the front carrier proved to be a tight fit initially; however, once in place and secured with tightened belts, it should rarely need adjustment again.
