Hi,\r\n\r\nThis Z axis motor mount is designed for a bearing supported lead screw. It prevents bouncing caused by springy couplers, ensuring smooth operation. I combined two parts to create a sturdy mount that securely attaches to both the frame and the bearing post. Please refer to credits for the original source material.\r\n\r\nTo achieve optimal results, you will need 608 bearings for the threaded rod. This design has significantly improved my Z axis quality, and I highly recommend it. Supporting your lead screw from above also enhances performance. An anti-backlash nut further reduces z banding issues. \r\n\r\nBefore printing, double-check the mounting direction to ensure proper alignment. Note that this design is mounted in reverse compared to the original version.
