Hypercube BEAR x carriage and extruder
thingiverse
BEAR extruder is designed for minimal setup with the username MotherBear in Dutch. Sensorless_offset_bushing is mounted on the left X-rail of HC300 to achieve an X offset after homing at 0. Print one or two of these if you want. If your printer lacks sensorless technology (TMC2130's), you can still use everything but the carriage parts. BLTouch offset: #define X_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER 25 #define Y_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER 0 #define Z_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER -1.45 (Z offset may vary based on your probe; mine is original.) All screws are M3x20mm, except for the tensioner block which has three M3x25mm. <b>Update May 10th 2018:</b> Added "Part_cooling_duct_V2.stl", a wider, better flowing duct that directs air downward. This requires hard printing at 0.4mm wall thickness. <b>Update May 13th 2018:</b> Added "E3D_clamp_V2.stl" with improved dimensions for fan mounting points and minor tweaks. Tested different cooling fan ducts and found minimal difference between types, except that the main goal is to achieve maximum airflow over a large area. A new duct design follows this philosophy; it's very wide, doesn't restrict airflow, and is easier to print. The file is "Part_cooling_duct_V3.stl".
