I've been fascinated by the latest development in my country, where a house of experiments has been built, allowing children to participate alongside their parents or students in hands-on experiments. One exhibit that caught my attention was the hyperbolic table experiment, where a line intersects a vertical red glass with a cleverly designed hyperbolic cut pattern. The printer used for this project is a Prusa I3, known for its high-quality prints and versatility. The settings employed include a 0.3mm resolution, which ensures crisp details, as well as a moderate infill percentage of 5-10%, striking a balance between weight and print time. To add extra stability to the design, supports were incorporated, resulting in a robust and visually appealing final product.
