Hyper D20 Based on Turner's Cube
thingiverse
I got my creative spark from a Turner's Cube: https://makezine.com/2010/10/18/the-turners-cube-classic-machinists/ I started pondering how to create a Turner's Icosahedron and then wondered why not take it further by adding numbers, making it a D20. This project was born from that idea. A stunning work of regular symmetry is the result. The printed item in the photos measures about 30mm across its faces. It took around 2 hours and 45 minutes to print, followed by another hour of post-cure time at 50 microns per layer. At higher resolutions of 25 microns, the print time would significantly increase dramatically.
