Hydroponics easy mode
thingiverse
A DIY hydroponics system uses a repurposed bottle stand. Simply screw in a 2-liter bottle, position it within your container, and when submerged, water flow will cease until the plants consume it. This device also functions as a plant pot holder for the 3Dponics square plant pot. Although uncertain if this method aligns with traditional hydroponics practices, experiments using floaters and valves proved problematic. However, my chili plants appear to thrive in this setup (see attached photo). By placing both components within a tub, I've achieved an effective system where the plant pot holder keeps the container just above water level while the stand allows for adequate root coverage.
