Hydroponics 2 Liter Bottle Rim with Sprinkler

Hydroponics 2 Liter Bottle Rim with Sprinkler

I've been working on a hydroponics bottle rim that I think is finally just right. It takes four zip ties to secure it to the bottle, and has six small holes for watering plants. Be extremely cautious with the inlet nozzle; if it breaks, you'll need to reprint one. I'm using three of these with a small pump from Harbor Freight ($8) that I found online. I've been experimenting with the diameter of the water holes and how many there should be. I think I've finally hit on the right combination so that a 3/16 inch piece of tubing can drain the bottle quickly enough. Make sure to print these at 100% infill! Also, only print them in PETG because of the strength of the inlet nozzle and PETG tends to leak water less. Material: PETG Infill: 100% Print Orientation: Upside down Supports: none Follow these settings for great success! Printer: HICTOP Prusa i3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .2 Infill: 100 Notes: use a 10 layer brim
