Hydroponic Window Farm v0.1

Hydroponic Window Farm v0.1

thingiverse

Hello from Germany! I'm excited to share with you my very first creation on Thingiverse - a hydroponic window farm that I've built using various materials. The base part, located beneath the pipe, is actually a water tank that holds approximately 3.5 liters of liquid. To ensure durability and water resistance, I printed the side components using PLA and then coated them with epoxy. One side component features an open design, housing the pump, while the other side includes the necessary electrical connections to power the pump and additional lighting. Here's a list of materials I used for this project: * 1-meter long DN50 PVC pipe (with an outer diameter of approximately 51mm) - a standard hardware store item * 0.5-meter ventilation channel with dimensions 111mm X 54mm, serving as the water tank * Sealing compound to prevent leaks * End pieces to secure the pipe * 1-meter long aluminum U-profile for supporting LED lighting, featuring a red and blue light strip * A 15mm X 15mm square tube, cut in half to hold the light fixture
