I highly recommend using PVC instead of ABS due to its tighter fit between the cups and holders. The 30-degree angle of these holders ensures that the cups stay securely in place, preventing them from falling off. To create the holes in the ABS tube, a 2.5-inch hole saw is used. For water flow on top, consider using the design below with a flexible tube for added convenience. The conical foot allows the tower to tighten as it descends, and you may need to sand it to fit your specific setup.
