New Parts Added On 11/11/2021!!! Updated Tower Modules Design updated to eliminate module-to-module movement (ie tilted towers). Modification consists of adding a bumped out section to the locking feature, in order to draw the modules together (see pic). I've included the 80mm spacer and 3 plant module stl files, because that is what I used. I've also included the updated section stp file, which can be dropped in and combined with stp files from the original module designs, in CAD. 2 Piece Net Cup Caps Meant to help retain Hydroton pellets and minimize algae growth. Friction fit. Cap and Dispenser Liners I wanted a completely white tower, that meant having to mitigate algae growth in the top cap and dispenser. Liners do snap into place once all are assembled, but I glued them in, in order to seal water from getting in between the liner and cap/dispenser. Note, depending on printer quality, slight sanding of the edges of the Cap quarters may be required. Also, if you plan on gluing the cap liner in place, and you want to verify fitment before gluing, the pieces may be very difficult to remove once assembled. Float Valve Guard Guard prevents roots from interfering with float valve functionality. Thru hole may need to be cleaned up, depending on print quality. Note, float valve washer goes on the outside of the guard, between the guard and bucket/bin. Float valve adjuster must be loosened in order to install float valve in the guard. Adding an alignment mark to the valve will help aid post installation adjustment. I glued the float valve into the guard using food grade silicone. Guard is designed to work with this Float Valve: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07Z3G6QC8?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share&fbclid=IwAR2IGr8CVzvjxamodDmOT-gOQ-mDqxmA_rNw_C2OyhZBp_h2qyCf6Hzk6RI Bucket Lid Designed to be super rigid, in order to support tall (10+ pot module) towers. Used the Lid design by daemionfox as inspiration, but designed from scratch. Fits standard 5/6/7 gallon buckets, snuggly. M5 holes may need to be tapped, depending on print quality. Hardware: Qty 30 M3x16 screws and nuts. Qty 6 M5x10 screws Printing: The inner corners of the petals require supports.
