I applied GE Silicone #1 (available at Amazon) to the edge of the PVC tube and on the inner ring of the print. I pressed them together firmly, removed any excess, and was pleased to find no signs of leaks or compromised structural integrity. Upon further experimentation, I discovered that anything short of 100% infill settings inevitably results in leaks.
