Hydroponic netcup redux for Tower Garden

A remix to use less plastic and have lower print times. I knurled the edge, removed excess plastic and swapped to using pre-made netcups (standard 2 inch). ~8g filament and 20 minute print times. (ok, on a fast printer) Cups just rest in this model and can move around, i didn't find that to be a problem yet.
