Hydroponic Mason Jar Sprout Holder
thingiverse
This is something I designed a few years ago when I was attempting to grow lemons from seed. It is for intermediary root development where the roots aren't quite developed enough to be put into a net pot with clay pebbles. The arms are flexible, and allows just enough tension to hold the stem and let the roots dangle in the water. There is just enough room between the arms to include an air stone if you would like. Printed as is, you will not be able to screw the Mason Jar rim on if you are using the top and holders (however, you can screw it on with just the holder). For both, a little bit of sanding of the holder will allow the lid to screw on.
