The outer ring is crafted from flexible filament with five perimeters and only five percent infill, while the inner core is constructed from sturdy PLA material with three layers of perimeters and thirty percent infill. To achieve a rubber-like texture on the tire, you indeed require an elevated number of perimeter layers. Make certain that your car's wheel can accommodate a 17mm hex size before proceeding to print the parts. Once printed, carefully assemble the wheel and tire components together using a few drops of strong adhesive. Note: I have recently added a 12mm hex version for the PLA core, so please select the correct dimension accordingly.
