Hydrometer/Thermometer Filament Roll Insert
thingiverse
Saw a guy on YouTube make something similar but for a round Hydrometer. I have the rectangle one, so I created this one to fit a standard 1kg spool and my hydrometer. I left the back portion partially open to hold a small silica package and allow for moisture control. Can use with a ziplock bag or place inside a DIY filament dryer box, whatever you want. Print at 100% and with the Hydrometer insert side down with tree supports for back portion. only 31g of filament and 2 hr 1 min using CHEP fast profile. 3 hr 36 min using standard .28 profile. STL may be a little rough around the edges, but it's really my first true design. Put it together in 1 night and printed right away. 1st print came out just right with all measurements.
