I craft meads and other concoctions, but my true passion lies in perfecting the art of mead-making. Alas, I can be a bit clumsy at times, often knocking over equipment with reckless abandon. When a hydrometer breaks, it's not something you can simply rush out to purchase from the local store, unless, that is, you have a nearby brewery or brew house where you can procure one quickly. To safeguard my delicate hydrometers has been an ongoing challenge until I acquired my 3D printer. It now fits snugly within the plastic tank of my hydrometer, and may require some editing to accommodate a glass beaker.
