Hydrogen Engine
thingiverse
I've uploaded something 'Excellent' after a while. This is a hydrogen engine that should work but is quite complex. Watch the vids for details. Firstly, the cam belt will need to be Tpu/other flex material. The Cylinders will need to be sleeved with a metal ring, and the tops of the pistons and head will as well. You'll need an electrolysis hydrogen generator. The sump will need to be filled with cooking oil, and foam with oil on it will need to be in the air filter. This block can only be run for a short time because there is no water cooling; this will come soon. The valves need springs under them. It will need RC plane spark plugs, which you can drill holes in the head to suit. It will also need metal on the flywheel, which should be perfectly centered using a lathe. 8mm bars for the crank are required. This needs M3 bolds of varying size; heat them up before screwing them in and then they'll thread the holes. Check out https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YILqOCunhB4 for more details. Check out https://youtu.be/sWKtxron3nw as well. I've added a water-cooled block now, but still keep an eye on the temperature. Don't use supports on this print; it has a hole for a 5mm Arduino temperature sensor. I've re-uploaded the inlet because it was broken on the first upload. I've also updated the cam gears since they were in the wrong ratio. Now I've added a distributor and rotor arm that you'll need to wire up. Ask for advice if needed. The build instructions should be available on YouTube at some point on my channel.
