This is a tail for any hydrofoil. New tails are expensive and don't take that much load so printing one is an option. The images are other tails that I designed and 3d printed. The one I have to download will fit just about any fuselage. Print the two sides of the tail upright with supports. I'd scale it to about the same size as your current tail. Printing with a strong material is best unless you plan on using fiberglass or carbon fiber to wrap it. Attach the two sides with superglue. Fill the cavity in the middle with epoxy. Sand everything smooth. Drill holes where you need them and test! This is a high aspect tail. It's fast and stable. Good luck!
