Hydrofoil Front Wing for SABFOIL Fuselage
thingiverse
925cm width, area about 1400cm2. I used Tom Speer's H105 airfoil section profile. Do not use Bed Leveling, because it deforms parts and then it is difficult to join. I use raft 3 layers. When joining the parts, I put 3 layers 250g/m2 carbon on the long side In the holes I put a mixture of epoxy resin, fine sawdust and chopped carbon. Then I drilled the bolts openings. Finally, I flooded 4 layers 250g/m2 carbon, with a vacuum bag. It's nice to ride, it wants a little more pump than W945, but then slides easier, and it's a little faster. It is good for waves. Needs 1.6deg shim on the front wing (because of design mistake).
