Hydrodynamic support (bearing) of the spindle assembly. the HECKERT SZ 2500 flat grinding machine. manufactured in Germany. There were inserts from the factory with a coating of babbit or a similar material. in my case, it was not possible to repeat the same technology, so I used bronze. Also, due to the lack of any documentation, it was necessary to make measurements on the worn liner with the addition of a certain allowance for manual fitting. These inserts have worked for a year and a half of intensive work in 2 shifts of 8-12 hours each.there was no time to model the entire structure, so I presented only an example of installing inserts in the files. I was unable to establish contact with the manufacturer of these machines. maybe there are people among you who can help me with finding original spare parts or working documentation for these supports.
