Hydro-Pot

Hello fellow gardeners, As I delved into research on hydroponics, particularly the straightforward Kratky method, I felt compelled to merge two seemingly disparate worlds: nature and 3D printing. This fusion of ideas led me to create the Hydro-Pot. The Hydro-Pot comprises two distinct components that work in harmony. The upper section is designed to cradle a Jiffy, a compact soil container perfect for nurturing young plants during their initial days. Meanwhile, the lower part houses the nutrient-rich water solution. By integrating these elements, I aimed to design an all-encompassing system that accompanies the plant throughout its entire life cycle. One of the key features of the Hydro-Pot is its ability to seamlessly transition from one plant to another. To achieve this, simply gently push the old plant out through the top opening, making room for a fresh start. I invite you to observe your plants thrive and explore the wonders of the Hydro-Pot.
