A hydraulic pump is a device that transforms mechanical energy into hydraulic power, creating flow and pressure. It generates sufficient force to overcome load-induced resistance at its outlet by establishing a vacuum at the inlet. This vacuum pulls liquid from the reservoir through the inlet line and pushes it out of the pump, subsequently entering the hydraulic system.
